Sr. Software Engineer / Tech Lead

As a Full-Stack Developer at Applicate IT Solutions, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with product and project teams to translate business requirements and user stories into robust technical solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing scalable, high-performance full-stack applications, with a strong emphasis on backend development. - Building and maintaining server-side logic using backend languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js. - Developing and integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services to ensure seamless system interoperability. - Managing and optimizing database interactions using relational (e.g., MySQL/PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases. - Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while following best practices in version control and CI/CD. - Participating in peer code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities across the SDLC. - Staying current with evolving technologies and recommending improvements for architecture, tools, or processes.
