Job Title : Digital Application Support Work Location : Barmer, Rajasthan Experience : Fresher - 3Yrs Job Mode : Hybrid Education - Instrumentation Engineering must have Responsbilities: Monitor and respond to user queries and incidents via email, ticketing systems, or support platform (Symphony) Perform initial triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of common issues related to Digital Applications Accurately document issues, solutions, and coordinate with the OEMs Escalate unresolved or critical issues to OEMs with complete and detailed logs. Maintain SLA compliance for response and resolution times.
