Job description:

The role of an SAP APO SR Consultant requires a deep understanding of various modules within SAP APO, including Demand Planning (DP), Supply Network Planning (SNP), Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS), and Global Available to Promise (GATP).

Over the years, these professionals have honed their skills in configuring and customizing these modules to meet specific business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Demand Planning (DP) :Implementing and configuring demand planning processes to forecast and plan future product demand accurately.

Supply Network Planning (SNP) :Optimizing the supply chain network to balance supply and demand effectively.

Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) :Planning and scheduling production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.

Global Available to Promise (GATP) :Ensuring product availability and efficient order fulfillment processes.

Skills and Expertise: An SAP APO SR Consultant with over five years of experience brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to any organization.
Their expertise includes but is not limited to: Configuration and Customization :Expertise in configuring and customizing SAP APO modules to align with business requirements.
Integration :Proficiency in integrating SAP APO with other SAP modules such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and third party systems.
Data Management :Strong capabilities in managing and analyzing large sets of data to drive informed business decisions.
Implementation :Leading and managing SAP APO implementation projects from inception to completion.
Training and Support :Providing training and support to end users to ensure effective utilization of SAP APO solutions.
Problem Solving :Proactively identifying and resolving issues to maintain smooth operations.
Business Process Optimization :Advising clients on best practices for optimizing supply chain processes using SAP APO.
Strategic Planning :Assisting clients in developing strategic plans to improve their supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
