Description
As a Senior Social Compliance Officer Auditor at the reputed liaison office based in Gurgaon, your role involves ensuring full compliance throughout the value-added chain as per legal requirements. Your responsibilities include independently executing sub-projects/small projects, providing leadership by maintaining continuous information flow to subordinates, assigning yearly KPIs, monitoring daily business operations, and conducting performance reviews. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure continuous information flow to all subordinates - Assign yearly KPIs for subordinates - Appoint and monitor day-to-day business - Execute half-yearly and yearly performance reviews - Act as the first contact person for all inquiries from staff and suppliers regarding technical, functional, and quality standards - Build and maintain good relationships with staff, suppliers, service providers, and stakeholders - Follow the Code of Conduct strictly - Collect and compile statistical quality data for reporting - Provide on-the-job training for teammates and working partners - Organize training interventions for the team and stakeholders - Follow defined procedures and policies for escalation cases Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Social Compliance, with Sustainability experience being advantageous - Leadership experience preferred - Experience with an international sourcing company/European market is a must - Experience/working background with an international testing institute is advantageous - Technical expertise in textile/apparel/hard goods/food - Familiarity with OS365 and applications - Proficient in spoken and written English - Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills - Self-motivated, proactive, independent, and detail-oriented - Willingness to travel frequently (40-70%) If you are interested in this position, please send your CV to renu@stap.co.in or contact 9650062338.
