Sr Social Compliance Auditor

You are urgently seeking a Senior Social Compliance Officer Auditor for a reputable liaison office based in Gurgaon. As the Senior Social Compliance Officer Auditor, your primary responsibility will be to ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across the value chain. You will be independently executing sub-projects and small projects, demonstrating leadership qualities by maintaining a continuous information flow to subordinates, assigning yearly KPIs, and overseeing day-to-day operations. In terms of customer relations, you will be the first point of contact for all inquiries related to technical, functional, and quality standards from staff and suppliers. Building and maintaining positive relationships with staff, suppliers, service providers, and stakeholders will be crucial. Upholding the Code of Conduct and ensuring timely completion of sub-projects without compromising quality are essential aspects of this role. You will also be responsible for collecting and compiling statistical quality data, preparing reports, providing training to teammates and partners, and organizing training interventions as needed. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Social Compliance, with experience in Sustainability being advantageous. Experience in leadership, particularly in an international sourcing company or European market, is a plus. Technical expertise in areas such as textiles, apparel, hard goods, or food is required, along with familiarity with OS365 and applications. Proficiency in spoken and written English, strong time management, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail are essential attributes.
