Sr Services Project Manager (Implementation Project Manager)

Role Overview: You will be joining UKG as a Project Manager for CX PRO Suite TSS Organization, responsible for planning and driving IT projects in the field of Human Capital Management. Your role will involve creating project plans, executing projects, and supporting various operational reporting tasks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Additionally, you will be expected to leverage project management tools and effectively communicate ideas across all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with project sponsors, managers, and cross-functional teams to develop project scope, deliverables, resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives. - Manage program and project teams to optimize return on investment and coordinate cross-project initiatives. - Utilize software project management methodologies and tools to drive the delivery of IT projects. - Identify requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors. - Analyze program risks, produce reports for managers and stakeholders, and track budget, milestones, revenue forecasting, invoicing, and timesheets. - Assist in onboarding and offboarding team members as needed. - Facilitate meetings, set up standards, templates, tools, and procedures for smooth project delivery. - Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures, manage the project repository, and control project Library, SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field. - 7+ years of experience in an IT project management role, preferably in program management. - Proficiency in project planning documentation such as Gantt charts, Kanban boards, and SWOT analysis. - Experience in a PMO role and knowledge of Gen AI and ML models. - Professional certification in PMP/PRINCE2/SCRUM is desirable. - Strong analytical, time management, and facilitation skills. - Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and demonstrate strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
