Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on experience working across multiple ServiceNow modules, with a strong ability to deliver scalable solutions and support continuous improvement of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement configurations and customizations in the ServiceNow platform.
• Work on multiple modules such as ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HRSD, or others as required.
• Design and manage workflows, business rules, UI actions, and client/server scripts.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Conduct regular platform maintenance, upgrades, and performance tuning.
• Ensure best practices in development and platform governance.
• Maintain clear documentation for processes and codebase.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong understanding of multi-module development and platform configuration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integration, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience in building custom applications and integrating ServiceNow with other tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
