Job Description

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to enhance IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and other business workflows. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and implementing various ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other platform functionalities. - Collaborating with business analysts, stakeholders, and process owners to gather and analyze requirements. - Customizing and configuring ServiceNow applications, including workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules. - Integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools and platforms using APIs, web services, and other technologies. - Performing advanced scripting of Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Pages, Client Scripts, and Glide Record Queries. - Developing and managing ServiceNow system integrations using MID Servers, REST/SOAP, and other protocols. - Ensuring data integrity, platform security, and compliance by implementing robust access control lists (ACLs). - Performing upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting to maintain platform stability and performance. - Creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation for implemented solutions. - Mentoring junior developers and providing guidance to the development team on best practices and technical solutions. The qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with hands-on experience in ITSM, ITOM, or custom modules. - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, AngularJS, and other front-end technologies. - Strong understanding of ServiceNow's data model, table structure, and platform architecture. - Experience with ServiceNow platform upgrades and migrations. - Knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices, including code review, version control, and testing. - Expertise in ServiceNow integrations with external systems (e.g., LDAP, SCCM, Azure, and AWS). - ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Implementation Specialist). Preferred qualifications for this role include: - Experience in implementing ServiceNow HRSD, CSM, or SecOps modules. - Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies. - Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks. - Experience with Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, or Mobile Studio. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. In addition to technical skills, the following soft skills are desirable for this role: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. - Self-motivated and proactive in delivering high-quality results.,
