The Sr. Service Architect will lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow automations, integrations, custom applications, orchestration, and workflows to deliver new solutions and services across the organization. The role requires close collaboration with third-party suppliers and stakeholders in IT, HR, Finance, and other functions that depend on ServiceNow. A strong focus on supporting business processes, systems, and technologies with an emphasis on service integrity and security is essential. The architect will drive continuous improvement of existing implementations and leverage emerging technologies to build solutions that meet evolving business requirements. This is a global role with the opportunity to shape how ServiceNow is used to support innovation, efficiency, and operational excellence.

Key Accountabilities

1. Lead the design and implementation of technical solutions on the ServiceNow Platform.
2. Drive adoption of ServiceNow best practices and methodologies for development, testing, and release management.
3. Develop strategies, solution architectures, designs, Proof of Concepts (POC), and Proof of Value (POV) implementations to demonstrate and validate technology direction.
4. Oversee activities of third-party teams to ensure solutions align with overall business and technology strategy.
5. Establish short- and long-term goals, KPIs, objectives, and execute against operational plans.
6. Lead/facilitate stakeholder meetings to assess existing implementations and identify opportunities for innovation.
7. Facilitate continuous improvement activities with cross-functional teams to support business transformation initiatives.
8. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to maintain platform security, stability, and up-to-date capabilities.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
