Sr. SEO Executive

Isuremedia is seeking a highly motivated and skilled SEO Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for digital marketing, a strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles, and a proven track record of improving organic search rankings and driving traffic to websites.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research to identify high-value target keywords and opportunities for content optimization.
• Perform on-page optimization including meta tags, header tags, URL optimization, and content optimization to improve website ranking.
• Implement off-page optimization tactics such as link building, guest blogging, and outreach to enhance website authority and relevance.
• Monitor and analyse website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Moz.
• Generate regular SEO performance reports and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.
• Responsible for directly engaging with clients to understand their goals and deliver customized SEO strategies aligned with their business objectives.
• Develop and execute content strategies that support SEO objectives, while leading and mentoring the team to ensure alignment with broader marketing and business goals.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong track record of improving search rankings and driving organic traffic, along with hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors, along with experience in social media management and strategy to support overall digital marketing efforts.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team leadership and collaboration skills.
• Up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and digital marketing strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
