Role Overview:

Certinia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop end-to-end solutions on the

    Certinia (FinancialForce)

    platform (customization, configuration, and integration).
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
  • Leverage

    Certinia PSA

    automation for project management, resource planning, time tracking, billing, and revenue recognition.
  • Implement and maintain

    Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Jobs, LWC,

    and

    Visualforce

    pages.
  • Develop and enhance Certinia modules such as

    PSA, Accounting, and Revenue Management.

  • Ensure adherence to

    Salesforce best practices

    and coding standards.
  • Optimize system performance and scalability.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
  • Conduct unit testing and support QA during integration testing.
  • Provide post-deployment support and mentor junior developers.

Qualifications:

✅ 5+ years of Salesforce development experience (2+ years in Certinia/FinancialForce)

Apex, Visualforce, LWC, JavaScript, SOQL/SOSL

Certinia PSA, Accounting, and Revenue Management

REST/SOAP APIs

✅ Salesforce Developer (PD1/PD2) certification preferred

✅ Certinia (FinancialForce) certifications are a plus
