Sr. Sales Representative

As a Sales Professional at Cabot, your main responsibility will be to promote and sell Cabot products within a specified territory. You will be assigned more complex markets and products, requiring you to build strong customer relationships. Managing the sales cycle and negotiating sales contracts with customers are key aspects of your role. You are expected to be a fully qualified and experienced sales professional. - Develop sales plans based on sales strategies to increase market share - Manage the sales cycle for assigned accounts and analyze customer needs - Identify and target new business/sales opportunities within the marketplace - Make sales presentations, negotiate sales contracts, and educate customers on new products - Communicate customer goals, issues, prospects, and marketing events to Sales management - Interpret and manage key financial result areas such as revenues, volume, margins, days outstanding, and forecasting - Monitor account receivables, respond to daily account issues, and work in partnership with technical service, sales support, and planning to execute the sales process - Bachelor/University degree in material sciences, chemistry, or chemical engineering - 7-10 years of experience in sales or services required - Candidates with commercial experience in selling pigments or masterbatches into the plastics industry will be preferred,
