Customer Care Executive – Warranty Renewal (Outbound Process)

Job Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic and goal-driven Customer Care Executives for our

Warranty Renewal Process.

This is a cold calling outbound role where you will be the

first point of contact (“fronter”) for potential customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to initiate calls, verify customer details,

gather product information, and transfer qualified leads to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to potential or existing customers.

Initiate conversations to explain the purpose of the call.

Verify customer details.

Create customer interest and qualify the lead based on predefined criteria.

Transfer qualified leads to the closing/sales team for further discussion.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge on various appliance brands and

warranty options.

Provide a professional and courteous experience on every call.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Good listening and data collection abilities.

Strong customer handling and rapport-building skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Basic knowledge of home appliances and their warranty lifecycle is a plus.

Familiarity with CRM systems and call logging procedures is preferred.

Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate in any stream.

06–2 years of experience in telecalling / outbound sales / customer support.

Prior experience in warranty sales, BPO outbound processes, or cold calling

will be an advantage.

Work Schedule:

Fixed UK Shift (2:30pm to 11:30pm) Home Drop Provided.
