Sr. Sales Operations Specialist

As a Senior Sales Operations Specialist at Arctera in Balewadi, Pune, India, you will play a crucial role in executing both strategic and tactical activities within the quoting domain. Your responsibilities will include deriving trends, providing actionable insights, and performing key business analysis within the Arctera Global Quote to Order Operations Team. You will be expected to implement key business concepts like project management, change management, and process improvement in your day-to-day operational tasks. Your role will involve creating and validating quotes in systems like Oracle Sales Cloud, SFDC, CPQ, ERP, R12, and NetSuite to support enterprise and channel sales teams. You will also be responsible for preparing dashboards, data analytics, and presentations for senior executives, reporting the status of quotes, advising the sales team on pipeline opportunities, and providing support on queries related to quoting operations policies, processes, and programs. Collaboration with global stakeholders, acting as a single point of contact for pipeline analysis, and ensuring seamless order processing by working with Pricing, Deal Management, Order Management, IT, and other key stakeholders will be a part of your daily tasks. You will also be expected to share updates on processes, products, and service information with the team, maintain daily process metrics, train team members on quoting best practices, and design new processes in line with business requirements. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent education with at least 8 years of relevant experience in business operations, quoting operations, or order management within an MNC. Knowledge of the sales cycle, CRM systems, Oracle CRM (Sales Cloud), and expertise in Advanced Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word are essential. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively are key qualities for success in this position. A Lean Six Sigma certification and willingness to work night shifts to support global operations are desirable.
