We are currently seeking a motivated Account Executive to drive sales and growth at Mohawk. The ideal candidate is a business-savvy, organized, high-energy individual with a proven track record of success. You should excel in fast-paced, complex selling environments with multiple stakeholders across various segments and channels. As an Account Executive, you will act as the primary sales representative in your assigned territory, working towards achieving short and long-term objectives outlined in the company's Business Plan. Your responsibilities will include identifying new customers and markets, delivering sales presentations, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct sales calls by visiting customers, presenting products, quoting prices, taking orders, and closing transactions - Monitor territory performance and take action to improve results - Provide customer service to address issues and communicate customer feedback - Collaborate with regional leadership to establish sales objectives and ensure compliance with company policies - Stay informed about industry trends and changes that may impact sales - Develop territory coverage plans and sales forecasts - Manage expenses in line with corporate guidelines and maintain company assets Requirements: - High school diploma required; college degree preferred - 1-3 years of relevant work experience - Ability to learn and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's business and products Skills: - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and achieve results through teamwork - Proficiency in analyzing data and developing solutions - Familiarity with mohawkNet system and willingness to travel as needed Additional Details: - 75% - 100% travel within the territory - Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly - Vision requirements equivalent to a valid driver's license - Full body movement required for job performance, including standing, reaching, and climbing Join Mohawk Industries, a global leader in flooring manufacturing, and be part of a company that values innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.
