Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of premium and luxury residential properties, ensuring revenue and sales targets are achieved.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, NRIs, investors, and channel partners.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings to effectively showcase project features and value.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of project specifications, pricing, market trends, and competitors.
  • Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, client acquisition, and retention.
  • Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to ensure timely client follow-ups and conversions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle — from inquiry to closure and post-sales assistance.
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and property expos to enhance brand presence and sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and client records in CRM systems.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in real estate sales, with a focus on luxury or high-end residential projects.
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Deep understanding of the luxury property market and buyer behavior.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to engage with affluent clientele.
  • High ethical standards and integrity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
