Key Responsibilities: Drive sales of premium and luxury residential properties , ensuring revenue and sales targets are achieved. Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, NRIs, investors, and channel partners . Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings to effectively showcase project features and value. Maintain in-depth knowledge of project specifications, pricing, market trends, and competitors . Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, client acquisition, and retention . Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to ensure timely client follow-ups and conversions. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle — from inquiry to closure and post-sales assistance. Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and property expos to enhance brand presence and sales opportunities. Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and client records in CRM systems. Desired Candidate Profile: Experience: Minimum 7 years in real estate sales, with a focus on luxury or high-end residential projects . Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Deep understanding of the luxury property market and buyer behavior. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
