Position: Internal Sales Engineer / Sr. Sales Executive

Location: Asoj, Vadodara

Reports to: Sales Marketing Manager

Salary Package: 25-30k

Job Summary:

Omega IceHill Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an initiative-taking and technically adept Internal Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. The Internal Sales Engineer will play a key role in supporting sales activities by preparing technical commercial proposals, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring seamless execution of customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Respond to client inquiries about Omega IceHill’s heat transfer products.

· Prepare accurate and detailed techno-commercial proposals for Chiller, Evaporator condenser, Ice machine-based solutions in collaboration with the engineering team.

· Ensure pricing aligns with company standards and customer expectations.

· Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address post sale queries.

· Preparations of Internal Work Orders and Releasing it to all the Internal Dept.

· Submit technical data sheets, revised drawings, and other documentation as required by clients.

· Coordinate with production, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure material readiness and prompt delivery of products.

· Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and payment status with clients.

· Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities in industries like Dairy, Food & Beverages, Pharmaceuticals, and Chemicals.

· Provide regular updates to the Manager on sales activities and pipeline status.

· Curate records of client interactions, orders, and project statuses in CRM systems.

Qualifications and Skills Education:

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

· 2 to 4 years of experience in technical sales or internal sales role.

· Experience in preparing technical proposals and coordinating with engineering teams is a plus.

Technical Skills:

· Basic understanding of technical drawings, GAD, and basics of AUTO CAD is a plus.

· Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Soft Skills:

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams.

· Problem solving mindset with attention to detail and a customer centric approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
