Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets - Identify and pursue new business opportunities - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients - Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and pitches - Negotiate and close deals with clients - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer success) - Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies - Mentor and guide junior sales team members Required Skills: - Proven sales experience, preferably in a senior role - Strong understanding of sales principles and practices - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools - Strong industry knowledge and market awareness
