As a Sales Executive, your role will involve generating B2B leads, nurturing client relationships, understanding customer needs, negotiating terms, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with production and logistics teams for timely deliveries. Additionally, you will attend trade shows, provide market insights, and share competitor analysis with management. To excel in this role, you should have proven sales experience in plastics, packaging, FMCG, or related sectors. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a self-driven and goal-oriented approach. You must be willing to travel locally or regionally as required and have a basic understanding of CRM tools, Excel, and reporting. A graduate degree in Science, Commerce, or Engineering is preferred.
