The ideal candidate must have a strong background in sales and business development of steel structures and should possess a deep understanding of PEB systems, design, and erection processes. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, preparing and presenting technical-commercial proposals, and achieving sales targets. The candidate should be self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently to expand the company’s market presence. A background in Civil or Mechanical Engineering and willingness to travel across project regions is essential.
