Sr. Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our cargo and courier team. The candidate will be responsible for increasing overall company sales by meeting new agents, visiting existing branches, and building long-term business relationships to expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit new agents, corporate clients, and potential partners to generate fresh business opportunities.
• Regularly visit company branches to monitor sales performance, motivate staff, and ensure smooth coordination.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing agents, channel partners, and B2B clients.
• Identify new markets, routes, and business segments to expand the company’s reach.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
• Collect and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to suggest improvement strategies.
• Coordinate with the operations and customer support team to ensure high service quality and client satisfaction.
• Prepare daily visit reports, client follow-ups, and lead conversion summaries.
• Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, or promotional activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience in cargo, logistics, or courier sales (1–3 years minimum preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to build client relationships and convert leads into sales.
• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions.
• Good knowledge of local and international cargo services, freight processes, and pricing models.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
