Roles and responsibilities of Sr sales Executive
1. Identify and develop new industrial customers across manufacturing, engineering, and OEM sectors. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through strategic selling and account penetration.
2. Conduct regular customer visits, product demos, and technical discussions to promote company offerings.
3. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, purchase heads, and plant engineers.
4. Ensure timely delivery, installation, and performance follow-up for supplied products.
5. Handle customer complaints or quality issues through proper coordination with service and technical departments.
