We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our cargo and courier team. The candidate will be responsible for increasing overall company sales by meeting new agents, visiting existing branches, and building long-term business relationships to expand our market presence. Key Responsibilities Visit new agents, corporate clients, and potential partners to generate fresh business opportunities. Regularly visit company branches to monitor sales performance, motivate staff, and ensure smooth coordination. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing agents, channel partners, and B2B clients. Identify new markets, routes, and business segments to expand the company’s reach. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management. Collect and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to suggest improvement strategies. Coordinate with the operations and customer support team to ensure high service quality and client satisfaction. Prepare daily visit reports, client follow-ups, and lead conversion summaries. Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, or promotional activities as required. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Proven experience in cargo, logistics, or courier sales (1–3 years minimum preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to build client relationships and convert leads into sales. Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions. Good knowledge of local and international cargo services, freight processes, and pricing models. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
