Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr Sales Executive in the pet or FMCG industry, based in Ahmedabad. The Sr Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, managing client accounts, building relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include creating sales strategies, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team.

• Strong client account management and relationship-building skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficient in market research and sales reporting
• Team collaboration skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Experience in working within the New Delhi market is a plus
• Job Description* • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails • Understand the needs of your business customers • Research the market and related/competitive products • Present the product favorably and in a structured professional way face-to-face • Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business • Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries • Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential customers • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales • Gather market and customer information • Check the quantities of goods on display and in stock • Timely and accurate reporting • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations • Feed future buying trends back to employers • Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets • Attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues. • Supporting the finance function in money collection • Ensure and constantly improve client experience SALARY + Allowances CTC Salary + target-based bonus Candidate Profile* • Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role • Regional Language of the area + Basic English-speaking skills would be preferable • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques • Fast learner and passion forsales • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach • Good presentation skills
