Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through research and networking.
Manage and strengthen relationships with key accounts to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns and sales materials.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profit margins while maintaining client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential threats and opportunities.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Provide feedback to senior management on sales performance and market dynamics.
Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and enhance networking opportunities.
Lead and mentor junior sales staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
