Sr. Sales Engineer/Assistant Manager (AC Motors & Gearbox)

As an Area Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager, or Sr. Sales Engineer in this role based in Chhattisgarh within the Industrial Products/Heavy Machinery industry, your primary responsibility will be to market Electric Motors, Gear Boxes, Valves, Gears, Pumps, Drives, and Automation devices to Industrial buyers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Generating inquiries for the company's products such as A.C. Motors, Gearboxes, and Power Transmission devices to enhance product and brand awareness within the region. - Directly engaging with OEM Motor customers in your region and proactively pursuing a switch-over from existing brands. - Selecting and appointing suitable dealers and stockists while implementing Dealer/reseller policies. - Collaborating with the Marketing Manager for product advertising, selecting appropriate advertising media, participating in trade/industrial fairs, designing product literature, and executing mass marketing activities both offline and online. - Selecting, appointing, and training Representatives and Service engineers, as well as coordinating their activities. - Coordinating with the Product Engineering Group for new developments. - Managing the documentation and organization of the inquiry database. - Conducting training and other activities that contribute to organizational growth.
