Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr Sales Engineer (Refrigeration Products) based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Sr Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets for refrigeration products. The role involves conducting market research, preparing sales forecasts, developing sales strategies, and providing technical support and expertise to clients. The Sr Sales Engineer will also be required to coordinate with the engineering and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of refrigeration products and solutions
• Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
• Technical background with the ability to provide expert advice and support
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to conduct market research and develop effective sales strategies
• Graduation or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Refrigeration, or a related field
• Experience in the cold chain, HVAC, or related industries is preferred
• Willingness to travel as required
