Sr Sales Engineer

As a Sales Engineer / Sr Sales Engineer / Asst Manager Sales in Robotics & Factory Automation (HIKROBOT Products), your role involves the following responsibilities: - Sales Activities: - Selling Machine vision products through a network of system integrators and channel partners as well as directly to OEM customers. - Generating leads and converting them into sales. - Organizing Proof of Concept (POC) / Demo for live cases and converting leads into sales. - Coordinating with the Technical team to provide solution support to customers. - Business Development Activities: - Developing new channel partners and onboarding them. - Developing and onboarding OEMs. - Retaining system integrators and OEMs. - Engaging in end customer nomination activities and lead generation. - Conducting marketing activities such as seminars, product road shows at customers, and participating in exhibitions. Desirable Exposure: - Previous sales experience with Machine Vision Products like smart cameras, Industrial Cameras (Baumer, Basler, Cognex, Keyence, OMRON, Irayple, Matrix Vision, Bluff, etc.). - Factory Automation Products sales such as Robots, PLC, Servo, HMI (Mitsubishi, Schneider, Siemens, Rockwell, ABB, B&R, Delta, etc.). - Sales experience in Sensors (SICK, Keyence, Autonics, Pepperl & Fuchs, Phoenix contacts, Turck Sensors, etc.). - Experience in sales of other Automation products like Festo, SMC, Jenatics, etc. - Direct exposure to competitors or their System Integrators is desirable. Qualifications: - B.E. / B. Tech / Diploma in Electronic, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical, BSC Electronics, or Physics. Minimum and Maximum Experience: - Sales Engineer (2-3 years) / Sr Sales Engineer (3-5 years) / Asst. Manager (6-8 years) / Manager (10+ years). - Diploma candidates are required to have 2 years more experience in all the above categories.
