Role & responsibilities : Sales Team Management: Training, and coaching sales representatives to achieve sales goals. Monitoring individual sales performance and identifying areas for improvement. Conducting regular sales meetings to discuss strategies and address challenges. Leading and Motivating: Team leaders inspire and guide their team towards achieving common goals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Goal Setting and Planning: They work with their team to define objectives, develop strategies, and create action plans to achieve those goals. Performance Management: Team leaders monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Training and Development: They are responsible for training new team members and providing ongoing support to help them develop their skills and knowledge. Problem Solving and Decision Making: Team leaders help their team identify and resolve issues, making sound decisions that benefit the team and the organization. Delegation and Task Management: They effectively delegate tasks based on team members' skills and abilities, ensuring a balanced workload and efficient workflow. Communication and Collaboration: Team leaders maintain clear and open communication within the team and with other departments, fostering a collaborative environment. Conflict Resolution: They address conflicts constructively and fairly, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. Continuous Improvement: Team leaders encourage and support continuous improvement initiatives, looking for ways to optimize processes and improve performance. Safety and Quality: They ensure that safety procedures are followed and that quality standards are maintained throughout the team's work. Resource Management: They manage and allocate resources effectively, ensuring that the team has the tools and support it needs to succeed. Sales Strategy Development: Analysing market trends, competitor activity, and customer data to identify potential sales opportunities. Ensuring the timely Follow-up by sales team with leads and converting them into sales. Sales Performance Monitoring: Tracking sales metrics such as sales volume, conversion rates, and average deal size. Identifying performance gaps and implementing corrective actions. Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Staying updated on industry trends, new product launches, and competitor activities. Identifying opportunities to differentiate the brand and gain market share. Requirements and skills: Strong leadership and team building skills to motivate and develop a sales team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build customer relationships. Analytical skills to interpret sales data and identify trends Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools Bachelors Degree in business administration or a related field is preferred Preferred candidate profile From Pune, Western Maharashtra, Mumbai, Nashik, Nagpur.
