Job Description

Timely execution of HW, NHW, and SW orders to achieve overall revenue for the respective business unit and meeting TAT.
100% adherence to BIN policies and guidelines for order clearance with proper documentation/approvals.
Coordination with various departments Finance and Logistics for order clearance, billing, and dispatch.
Adherence to Marketing pricing and promotion guidelines.
Archival and retrieval of all documents through DMS.
Coordination with Logistics for material not available in the billing location/local warehouse.
HSN part code updation and EOL part removal in SAP system.
Preparation and sharing of daily, pending, and material ETA reports, as well as upgraded part reports to field teams.
Order reconciliation for complete billing.
