Rean WaterTech (P) Ltd is a multi-state organization achieve in water projects, dedicated to delivering innovative and sustainable water management. Rean is expanding its team and inviting passionate & growth-orientated professionals for the position of Sr. Safety Officer across Madhya Pradesh

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce site safety plans, SOPs, and statutory guidelines at all project locations.
• Conduct daily site inspections, identify hazards, recommend corrective actions, and ensure closure.
• Lead toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions for workers, subcontractors, and staff.
• Investigate incidents/near misses, prepare reports, and drive preventive safety measures.
• Monitor use of PPEs, ensure equipment safety, and coordinate with site engineers for safe work execution.
• Maintain safety records, permits, checklists, and support compliance for audits and client inspections.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma/B.Tech in Engineering + Safety Certification (NEBOSH/IOSH/SafetyDiploma)
• 5–10years in construction safety (water supply / infrastructure preferred.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and water/infrastructure project risks.
• Ability to identify hazards quickly and enforce corrective actions with confidence.
• Good communication skills to train workers and coordinate with engineers/contractors.

Location: Madhya Pradesh
