Job Description

You will be responsible for servicing primarily walk-in customers to fulfill their specific transactional requirements through high-quality customer service while increasing product penetration and achieving allocated portfolio and revenue targets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maximize sales performance to achieve revenue targets through liability products, wealth management products, and asset-related products - Generate new business through sales promotions, out-marketing calls, and in-branch contacts - Actively participate in branch sales planning to generate action plans for meeting targets - Ensure adherence to banks Mis-selling & Sales Policies at all times - Manage difficult customer situations and ensure high levels of customer service - Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines and minimal comments in audits - Process transactions accurately to satisfy customer needs - Monitor customer satisfaction ratings and ensure continuous improvement - Take responsibility for general reconciliation and control activities - Find ways to improve operational efficiency and control costs - Handle all kinds of transactions and services in the bank - Ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to ORMA, Group Code of Conduct, KYC/CDD/EDD, and Money laundering prevention - Manage premises in areas of merchandising, housekeeping, and store management - Take responsibility for health and safety guidelines **Risk Management:** - Ensure awareness of policies and procedures related to money laundering prevention and KYC - Comply with operational risk policies, sales processes, and misselling guidelines **Regulatory & Business Conduct:** - Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct - Identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters effectively and collaboratively **Qualifications:** - Post Graduate with consistent academic career - 2 to 5 years of extensive sales experience - Sales focused, target-oriented, and quick learner - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills - Banking knowledge and management information skills - Good interpersonal skills **Skills And Experience:** - Diligent, punctual, and confident - Certified with relevant courses - Fluent in Language - Customer and service-oriented About Standard Chartered: Standard Chartered is an international bank dedicated to making a positive difference for its clients, communities, and employees.
