Sr. React Native Developer (Consultant) || 5 year

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced React Native Developer with a strong background in building scalable, high-performance mobile applications for both Android and iOS. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in modern mobile development practices, UI/UX standards, and third-party integrations, while also mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobile App Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Architecture & Optimization: Implement best practices for app architecture, code quality, performance optimization, and security.
• Integration: Work with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party SDKs/services.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Testing & Debugging: Write unit tests, perform code reviews, and ensure high application stability.
• Deployment: Manage app releases on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct technical sessions, and contribute to the team’s overall skill development.

Required Skills

Core Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX patterns, responsive design, and animations.
• Experience with Redux, MobX, or similar state management libraries.
• Proficiency in integrating APIs, push notifications, in-app purchases, and analytics.

Technical Proficiency:

• Experience with native modules (Java/Kotlin for Android, Swift/Objective-C for iOS).
• Understanding of mobile security best practices.
• Knowledge of CI/CD for mobile apps (Fastlane, AppCenter, etc.)

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
