Industry - enclosures , Control Panels , precision sheet metal manufacturing setup.

Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes (Laser Cutting, Punching, Bending, Welding, Powder Coating, Assembly).
Proficiency in
Engineering Drawings & GD&T
interpretation.
Hands-on expertise in measuring instruments (Vernier, Micro-meter, Height Gauge, etc.).
Knowledge and working experience of
APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC
.
Practical exposure to
8D, RCA, Fishbone, CAPA
methodologies.
Expertise in Microsoft Office Excel (Data Analysis, MIS), PowerPoint (Presentations), Word (Documentation), etc.
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Ability to lead quality improvements and mentor team members.
