is a comprehensive solution designed to align investments with strategic business goals. By integrating workflows and data, PPM provides top-down and bottom-up analytics to power strategic decision-making. The product moitors for smart KPIs and advanced dashboarding solutions, the product is incorporating new and exciting AI capabilities as part of its core functionality.We are seeking a talented and experienced engineer to join our team in Hyderabad, India, to work on OpenText’s Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) product. This role involves developing and enhancing our PPM solutions to meet the evolving needs of our global clients.

What The Role Offers

• Be an integral part of the PPM QA team.
• Design and execute both manual and automated tests.
• Participate in and influence R&D design meetings.
• Independently lead the testing of new features from the design phase to production.
• Experience is knowledge transfer from overseas team is a strong advantage
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of new functionalities.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members as the team grows.
  

What You Need To Succeed

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science, or related technical field
• Good understanding of AI and its application towards testing the products.
• Expertise in using MCP Servers for planning and automating test cases.
• Proven practical experience of at least 5 years as a QA Engineer.
• QA knowledge - Design and execute tests according to specs (requirements), report bugs, QA methodologies, etc.)
• Familiarity with both Windows and Linux
• Familiarity with web server knowledge, networking, REST APIs testing
• Familiarity with any programming language – important advantage
• Familiarity with Micro Focus tools (PPM, ALM, ALM Octane) – advantage
• Professional and Team Player
• Experience in working with customers is a strong advantage

• Organized and precise, with strong attention to details
