About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst (Ticketing Process) with strong expertise in GDS systems (Sabre & Galileo). The role involves monitoring, auditing, and ensuring 100% accuracy in ticketing, reservations, refunds, and reissues for our travel operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit and monitor PNR creation, ticket issuance, re-issuance, exchanges, and refunds to ensure process compliance.
• Verify fares, taxes, penalties, and rules in Sabre & Galileo.
• Identify errors or deviations in ticketing processes and provide corrective feedback to the operations team.
• Work closely with ticketing executives, team leaders, and managers to ensure accuracy, productivity, and SLA adherence.
• Prepare QA reports, maintain documentation, and share insights with stakeholders for process improvement.
• Train and guide team members on ticketing quality standards and GDS updates.
• Escalate discrepancies and suggest preventive measures to minimize revenue leakage or customer dissatisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably Travel & Tourism / Aviation).
• 3–6 years of experience in travel operations / ticketing quality analysis.
• Hands-on experience in Sabre & Galileo (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of ticketing processes: PNR, issuance, reissuance, refunds, exchanges, EMDs.
• Good understanding of airline fare rules, schedules, and GDS functionality.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for QA reporting.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
