Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Quality Analyst to join our team in Bangalore.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of voice quality for our international operations.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive quality audits to identify and correct voice quality issues.
Develop and implement quality management processes to maintain and improve voice quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and concerns.
Analyze customer feedback and use data to inform quality improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain performance metrics to measure quality outcomes.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of quality issues and resolutions.

Requirements

4-8 years of experience in quality assurance, quality management, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of quality audit processes and procedures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex data and present findings to stakeholders.
Familiarity with contact center operations and international voice quality standards.
