Sr. Quality Analyst - International Voice Quality

Role Overview: You will be joining as a Sr. Quality Analyst in Bangalore to ensure the highest level of voice quality for international operations. Your responsibilities will include conducting quality audits, developing quality management processes, collaborating with teams, analyzing customer feedback, maintaining performance metrics, and keeping records of quality issues and resolutions.
