Role & responsibilities

• Quality Assurance plan:

  Define QAP for Process/ Product and designs, Quality process adherence audit and ensuring strict compliance.

• Quality checks:

  Ensure inspection of raw material, packing material, consumables material checking, Ensure WIP check, Ensure Final quality monitoring, Review NCRs and recommend CAPA, Implementing CAPA recommendations and recommend trainings required
• Identifying and resolving in-house quality related issues to minimize incidences of rejections/reworking.

• Audit of QC processes:

  Quality audit process to assess quality plan adherence & staff competence, Coordinate with customers or external auditors, Coordinate with departments for implementation of audit requirements, QMS audit as per certifications, MR for audits

• Quality Resource Planning

  : Instruments, manpower and facilities that might be required or to be upgraded
• Providing training on Quality System to new recruits and other personnel in operations.
• Planning and management on Operational Expenditure and Capital Budgets for testing.
• Necessary actions for product approval and supplier registration at RDSO.
• Application of statistical techniques for improvement of process or process capability studies.

• QAP Documentation & reports

  : Preparation of manuals for specifications and methods of analysis including process control samples for all products and packaging materials, and periodic updating as needed, maintaining records of all quality audits undertaken, Prepare documents as per country norms
• Preparation of Patent write-ups as per the requirement of Indian Patents Act, and co-ordination with Patent authorities.
• Customer Complaints: Root cause analysis of customer complaints, Making reports and resolution, Preparation of CAPA
• Attorneys/Examiners for patenting of developed oils/lubricants.

Familiarity of testing

• Testing of Monograde and Multigrade Engine oil, 2Toils, 4T oils, Hydraulic oils, Machinery oils, Compressor oils, and Industrial oils as per IS: Specification.
