Sr. QA Automation Engineer

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Bytestrone, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high standards of quality throughout the software delivery lifecycles. Your responsibilities will include being part of Engineering PODs, managing and ensuring quality standards, collaborating with stakeholders, developing test plans, building automated frameworks, and continuously improving product quality. **Key Responsibilities:** - Be a part of Engineering PODs responsible for all aspects of software engineering delivery. - Manage and ensure quality standards across various stages of the delivery lifecycle. - Review and validate functional and non-functional requirements. - Collaborate with Product Management and Business users to develop test plans. - Provide functional inputs for defining solution architecture and design. - Measure non-functional aspects of systems for a seamless customer experience. - Build automated frameworks and tools for driving software quality. - Investigate product quality continuously for enhancements. - Plan, create, and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy. - Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest improvement actions. - Oversee continuous improvement projects. **Qualifications Required:** - 3+ years of experience working as a Quality Assurance Engineer. - Experience in manual testing and automation testing (Function/API/Performance). - Proficiency in programming languages like Java, C#, or Python. - Experience in automation framework development and working with tools such as Selenium, Rest Assured, or SOAPUI. - Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and QA methodology. - Ability to translate technical specifications into test cases and identify quality issues. - Strong analytical skills and good written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organizational skills to track multiple test executions simultaneously. - Ability to work individually and collaboratively in a team. - Bachelor's Degree in any subject.
