As a Quality Assurance Engineer with Bytestrone, you will play a vital role in upholding high standards of quality throughout all stages of our delivery lifecycles, from Requirement Analysis to Production deployment and beyond. Location: Kochi, Kerala (India) Requirements And Skills: - Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance Engineering. - Proficiency in manual testing. - Experience in automation testing, including Function, API, and Performance testing. - Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. - Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Rest Assured, or SOAPUI. - Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle. - Knowledge of QA methodology and tools. - Ability to comprehend technical specifications and translate them into test cases. - Proficiency in identifying quality issues, creating test reports, and analyzing application log files. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organizational skills, capable of tracking multiple test executions simultaneously and synthesizing results. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Bachelor's Degree in any subject. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Engineering PODs to oversee all aspects of software engineering delivery. - Manage and uphold quality standards across various stages of the delivery lifecycle. - Demonstrate a sense of ownership and pride in performance, recognizing its impact on the company's success. - Review and validate functional and non-functional requirements to ensure completeness and avoid surprises. - Work closely with Product Management and Business users to understand customer usage models, develop test plans, and drive quality-centric methodologies. - Provide functional inputs for defining solution architecture and design. - Evaluate non-functional aspects of systems to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Develop automated frameworks and tools to enhance software quality. - Continuously investigate product quality to identify areas for improvement and enhance customer satisfaction. - Plan, create, and manage overall Quality Planning strategy. - Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and recommend improvement actions. - Oversee continuous improvement projects to enhance quality assurance processes.,
