Your passion, talent, and enthusiasm as a quality engineer are vital for our team's success in providing pragmatic solutions to complex Software Engineering challenges. **Key Responsibilities:** - Join Engineering PODs to oversee all aspects of software engineering delivery. - Manage and uphold quality standards throughout the delivery lifecycle. - Review and validate functional and non-functional requirements for completeness. - Collaborate with Product Management and Business users to develop realistic test plans. - Provide input for solution architecture and design based on functional requirements. - Evaluate non-functional aspects to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Develop automated frameworks and tools to enhance software quality. - Continuously investigate product quality for enhancements and customer satisfaction. - Plan, create, and execute the Quality Planning strategy. - Identify and suggest improvements for quality assurance process bottlenecks. - Supervise continuous improvement projects. **Qualifications Required:** - 3+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer. - Proficiency in manual and automation testing (Function/API/Performance). - Knowledge of programming languages like Java, C#, or Python. - Experience with automation framework development and tools like Selenium, Rest Assured, or SOAPUI. - Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and QA methodology. - Ability to translate technical specifications into test cases and identify quality issues. - Analytical skills to analyze application log files and derive insights. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organizational skills to handle multiple test executions concurrently. - Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. - Bachelors Degree in any subject.,
