Sr. QA Automation Engineer

As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks using Python and Selenium. You will be responsible for creating and executing automated test scripts for web applications. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a small team of QA engineers, reviewing test plans, test cases, and automation scripts. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Python and Selenium - Create and execute automated test scripts for web applications - Lead and mentor a small team of QA engineers, providing guidance and technical support - Review test plans, test cases, and automation scripts - Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and daily stand-ups - Identify, report, and track defects using tools like JIRA / Azure DevOps / Bugzilla - Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to ensure high-quality deliveries - Analyze automation results and provide detailed test reports to stakeholders - Ensure best practices are followed in test automation and quality processes Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in QA Automation - Strong proficiency in Python and Selenium - Experience with test frameworks like PyTest / Unittest / Behave - Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins / GitHub Actions - Knowledge of Git, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman / RestAssured / Python libraries - Experience in team handling / technical leadership - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Good to Have: - Experience with Docker / Kubernetes - Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter - Experience with BDD/TDD methodologies - Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) Please note: This is a full-time position and the work location is in person.,
