Job Description

What You’ll Do Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure backend services using Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI) Lead architecture decisions and participate in system design discussions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers Ensure high performance, security, and responsiveness of backend systems Optimize databases and improve system efficiency (PostgreSQL, MySQL) Take ownership of major components and drive them to production What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in backend development using Python Proficiency with Django, Flask, or FastAPI Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integrations Experience with relational databases and caching (PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis) Familiarity with task queues (Celery), Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred) Knowledge of testing frameworks, debugging, and performance tuning Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Bonus: Experience with microservices architecture and system design Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Location Type: In-person Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Work Location: In person
