Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support. Coordinate across multiple projects and teams, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, providing timely and effective solutions. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to ensure high-quality deliverables. Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization. Stay up to date with the latest PHP trends, technologies, and industry advancements. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 4+ years of hands-on experience in PHP development, with exposure to team leadership responsibilities. Experience with PHP frameworks, particularly Laravel (preferred); knowledge of CodeIgniter is a plus. Strong understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and database design. Proven ability to lead and coordinate small development teams or projects. Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Experience with third-party integrations, including payment, SMS, and delivery gateways. Knowledge of security best practices in web development. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively. Desirable Skills: Familiarity with agile software development methodologies. Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple roles and prioritize tasks. Capacity to take initiative, make decisions independently, and manage end-to-end project responsibilities.
