What You’ll Do Lead the design process from concept to execution across digital, print, and brand touchpoints Mentor and guide junior/mid-level designers to maintain quality and consistency Collaborate closely with strategy, content, and client teams to build standout campaigns Ensure creative alignment with client goals and brand narratives Bring design excellence and fresh thinking to pitches, presentations, and brand identities. What We’re Looking For 3-4+ years of experience in a design agency or branding studio Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaigns, digital and print design Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is a plus) Excellent understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy Leadership skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
