Job Title: Python Developer (2–4 Years Experience)

Location: Mohali, Punjab (Initial Remote, On-Site After a Few Months)

Important Note:

This is a remote position for the initial few months. However, you will be required to join the office in Mohali, Punjab after that period.

Only candidates based in or near Mohali will be considered. Applicants from other locations will be automatically disqualified.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Python, Django, DRF, FastAPI, Langchain, and AI/LLM tools like AgentAI.
• Work with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code with appropriate testing.
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers and product teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Continuously learn and contribute to projects involving automation, AI integration, and innovative problem-solving.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and application performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently manage client requirements and take ownership of projects from start to finish.

Good to Have:

• Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS etc.)
