About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Python Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable backend systems, developing APIs, and integrating various data sources and services. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications using Python.
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Work with frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and product teams to design seamless integrations.
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot application issues.
• Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of backend services.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team code reviews.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Python trends, libraries, and frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Python development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and ORM frameworks.
• Proficiency with Git and version control systems.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with asynchronous programming, Celery, or Redis.
• Familiarity with unit testing (PyTest, Unittest).
• Exposure to data analysis libraries (NumPy, Pandas).
• Knowledge of AI/ML tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.

Salary: 40000k-50000k
Schedule: Day shift
