IT Project Coordinator

• Assisted with sprint planning and backlog grooming for Agile teams.
• Monitored project progress using tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or MS Project.
• Communicated regularly with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
• Helped identify and track project risks, issues, and change requests.
• Assisted with UAT coordination, deployment tracking, and post-implementation reviews.
• Ensured adherence to IT compliance, security standards, and best practices in documentation.
